This was actually for a 2000 Club Wagon that was missing the cargo door light lens. The part number led me to this item, Ford no longer makes or sells the part so here was about the only choice. None in the local scrap yards. Received part was definitely not new but was in excellent condition, no scratches, one really minor divot on the inside of the lens that wasn't visible from the outside. Price was relatively high but given the non-availability of alternatives, I paid it. This completed the interior renovations for the vehicle which is in excellent shape inside. Part was extremely well packed, took a little more than a week from when the web order was placed and it was over the holiday as well. The LED festoon bulb replacement clears the lens when installed, too.
